A treatment session can vary in length, depending on the work that is necessary, but 45 minutes is a good rough guide.
The first visit will entail a certain amount of history-taking when we will try to establish the exact nature of the problem, and how best to tackle it, but I will always leave sufficient time to commence treatment so you will feel benefit from the initial appointment.
Wearing loose-fitting clothing is generally advisable, but aside from that you won't need to bring anything in particular.
You are welcome to bring someone with you.
I will ALWAYS try to help as much as I possibly can in the minimum amount of sessions.
If I think the condition can be managed/treated by your carrying out certain specific exercises at home I will tell you.
If more than 1 or 2 sessions may be needed I will make this clear from the outset.
From experience it would be unusual for the total number of visits to exceed 6.

There may occasionally be a certain amount of noise, especially in the evenings, the dog may try to poke his head round the door, and so on.
In the fullness of time I intend to move the practice into an out-building or the basement, but this will be 2015 at the earliest.
Disabled access is at present poor, but I will gladly do a home visit at no extra cost if access is a factor.
